Does Koko make GST invoices?

Yes. Koko makes GST invoices, and each branch bills with its own GSTIN and its own invoice series.

Can a pet parent pay part now and part later?

Yes. Take any mix of cash, UPI and card. Whatever is unpaid stays on the account as a due and is added to the next bill automatically.

How do we close the day?

Collections on the Sales page shows today's money received by payment mode and by staff member, with wallet advances shown separately.

What if we bill the wrong item?

Void the bill within 48 hours. Pick a reason, choose the refund mode and which items go back to stock. The voided bill keeps its number and shows the reason.
