Can Koko Labs read results from my analyzer?
Yes, two ways. Biochemistry and hematology analyzers can be integrated directly, so results flow into the order automatically the moment a run completes. For machines that aren't integrated yet, photograph the printout and Koko AI extracts the values in seconds. Either way, you review every value before it's applied to the report.
Can clinics send me orders digitally if they don't use Koko?
Yes. You can give any partner clinic access to raise digital requisitions, whether or not they use the Koko clinic app. The clinic selects the tests from their own login, and your lab is notified the moment the requisition lands — no phone calls or WhatsApp messages to transcribe at intake.
Does Koko Labs support barcodes on samples?
