A mobile number for every pet parent
Bills, vaccination reminders and lab reports go out on WhatsApp, so the mobile number is the field that matters most. If your old records are missing numbers, ask for them as pet parents visit: a minute at the front desk now saves a missed reminder later.
Training built around your clinic's day
We train your team on a call: the front desk on booking and billing, the vets on visit notes and prescriptions. Short guides for each role stay with them after the call. Pet parents who weren't on the sheet get added when they next visit.
